This week we get employment numbers, usually a pretty big deal but...

Employment is a big deal in the world of economies and the stock market.

However investors have been watching jobs numbers to see if weaker employment can start the Fed with rate cuts, so far that's not been the case. The Fed has basically said interest rate hikes haven't had the impact they had hoped, rate cuts don't look to be coming any time soon.
