At Union, our mission is to source and purchase high quality, value-add commercial real estate projects. We provide our investors with solid risk-adjusted returns by following our patient, proven strategy.

Union partners with best-in-class development and construction professionals to purchase, entitle, and develop multi-family and other value-add real estate projects.

We are currently building projects in the Phoenix area consisting of approximately 370 units across 4 sites.

NICHE DEAL FLOW

UNION uses a proprietary software, SEEK,  to source off-market real estate opportunities otherwise hard to find.

We are opportunistic when it comes to real estate and look for assets that are distressed in ways that we can turn into immediate value through our in-house expertise in legal and real estate.
We pursue real estate assets with investors and the future in mind.

UNION establishes portfolios and special purpose vehicles for its projects allowing financial partners the ability to invest only  in real estate projects and assets that fit their specific requirements.

Our unique structure allows our investors to truly partner with us in our portfolio of projects or in a single asset and enjoy a level of transparency not provided by traditional investment firms.

UNION is currently developing new build-to-rent townhome communities in the Phoenix-Metro. We continue to analyze and purchase other distressed assets located in key markets such as Texas and North Carolina.

UNION currently has approximately $35 million in real estate holdings and is in the process of raising capital for another $100 million in real estate developments.
